This is a rather controversial view of Income tax first published on the Tax Axe. It is not the view of this web sites owner and has only been published here to stimulate debate.

This article explains fraud currently being perpetrated on the American people by our Union government. The goal of our constitutional government is the peace, security, and integrity of the Union. The goal of political parties is, and always has been, the acquisition of power and money.

“Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

Political parties have been raping America since before the Civil War. They have converted our Republics to Democracies. They have convinced the people that government is required to feed us, tell us what to think, what we can manufacture, and where and how we can sell our products or services. They have convinced us that they own part of everything we produce, and that we must pay tribute to them so they may continue to rape us. That’s classical Democracy. Politicians have converted the 2nd Amendment and destroyed the militias the Amendment guarantees. Congress is required to collect the taxes it lays, and cannot pass its responsibility to the Executive. The Executive has no Treasury, no Mint, and no IRS, according to the Constitution; what is it doing collecting taxes?

It should come as no surprise that politicians lie. Our politicians are the biggest con artists in history. The Federal government does not bear even a faint resemblance to the one created by the Constitution. These characters are more concerned with hypothetical “global warming” than they are with America’s homeless. The day after they celebrated balancing the budget at $1.2 Trillion, they “found” $500 Billion more to blow. Invasions of Korea, Vietnam, the Bay of Pigs, Lybia, Desert Storm, and all like actions were instances of American troops invading foreign countries with whom we were not at war. Our Constitution calls for the defense of the 50 member States: those nations united under our Constitution, not NATO or SEATO. Presidents Bush and Clinton have sent troops to make war on Saddam Hussein and the Iraqi people, whose affairs are none of our business. A Constitutional America does not invade other countries that are not attacking us, it protects the 50 States who make up the Union. Defending Bosnia is not part of our National purpose. Our military defends us, not every poor country we choose to “rescue.” Without a declaration of war, we have no standing Army. The Navy patrols our shores, and the rest of the military is in reserve, and consists of the militias. What the Constitution calls for impoverishes political parties, and they will have none of it.

Such names as Pete Rose, Leona Helmsley, Willie Nelson, and Wayne Newton have made the papers for “income tax” violations. Many are heavily penalized, and some go to jail. In none of those cases was there a liability for a tax. Neither the President, nor Congress, nor the Judiciary, nor the lawyers seem to know that the “individual income tax” never existed. Nonetheless, they allow us to go to jail for not paying it.

How can they jail people for a nonexistent tax? The system depends upon nobody knowing what the law says. Everybody, from Congress to the Courts, takes someone else’s word for what it says. In brief, no one has read the law. Neither the Congressmen who author the Bill, nor the President who signs Bills into law, nor the lawyers, nor the judges, read the laws of Congress. If the people would study the laws and throw out bums who make bad law or execute it poorly, our current plight would not exist.
